Victualling Yard

Sitting in the centre of Dockyard, the Victualling Yard with its two Victualling Warehouses (both of which are Grade 1 listed buildings), each with the capacity for a second floor and attic, together with smaller ancillary buildings, is considered prime real estate. An essential caveat to any development is that the Warehouses must be repaired, re-roofed and maintained with their present facade with specific attention paid to maintaining the integrity of the historical aspects of the Royal Naval Dockyard.

The two Victualling Yard Warehouses, known as North Basin Building #21 (NB21) and North Basin Building #23 (NB23) are each approximately 11,500 square feet.

BLMC would consider development proposals for the entire Victualling Yard area or for the two Victualling Yard Warehouses only.
