When is a Permit Required?



You want to rent a BLMC property for a non-commercial event (birthday party, family reunion, small gatherings etc).



Your event will include more than 50 attendees



Application Process

All applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior the planned event. Late submissions may not be reviewed.

1. All completed applications can be submitted to info@blmc.bm.

2. A BLMC representative will contact the applicant to confirm the receipt of application and advise of any required fees or deposits.

3. Successful applicants will be sent an invoice which must be paid before the permit is granted.

4. Once paid, the permit will be created and the successful permit holder will receive a digital copy for their records.

5. The permit holder MUST have the permit on their person for the duration of the permit period.

**Important note for Southside properties: Parking on park grounds is strictly prohibited. Permit holders with prior approval from BLMC may enter the grounds only for loading and unloading. All vehicles must then be parked in designated bays or approved parking areas. Any vehicle left parked or unattended on park grounds will be subject to a ticket.
