As Bermuda’s newest and most important piece of land in recent years, Cross Island was originally used as the home of the 35th America’s Cup, the largest and most established International Sailing event, and is now open for event venue rentals and commercial development opportunities. The island provides approximately 9 acres of flat land and limitless possibilities in the Royal Naval Dockyard with electricity and water access, sewage services, 360-degree water views, restrooms, access via land and water, in addition to a deep water dock.
