The Bermuda Land Management Corporation (BLMC) hereby invites interested and qualified contractors to submit tenders for the King’s Wharf Dock Extension Project at the North Arm in the Royal Naval Dockyard, Sandy’s.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to, the demolition of existing infrastructure and the construction of a new precast concrete dock on steel pile foundations. All submissions must include a detailed cost breakdown as outlined in the tender documents.

Tender Documents can be obtained by collection at the BLMC Office, located on the upper level of the Clocktower Building, Royal Naval Dockyard, Ireland Island, Sandy’s. Documents are available weekdays between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM or by mailing a request to the Facilities Department at rfp@blmc.bm.

Submissions are to be received by BLMC on or before 3:00PM (Bermuda local time) on Friday, October 17^th, 2025.

BLMC proposes an anticipated Notice of Award to the successful company on are about Friday, October 24^th, 2025. 

Late submissions will not be accepted. BLMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
