Hours of Operation:
April to October: Monday-Sunday: 8:00AM-5:00PM (8:00pm if there is an overnight cruise ship in port)
November to December: Monday-Sunday: 9:00AM-4:00PM (7:00pm if there is an overnight cruise ship in port)
January to March: Monday-Sunday: 9:00AM-4:00PM
Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Restroom Facilities: 
No restroom facilities are provided in the ITC booking office.
All tour boats are equipped with restrooms and all land-based tours include restroom stops along the way.

Accessibility: 
Tour building is wheelchair accessible and some tours as well.
